PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to regularize the petitioner's service with effect from 07.05.2010 based on G.O.(Ms).No.134 dated 07.05.2010 with all consequential benefits including arrears of pay and seniority. For Petitioner : Ms.Beulah John Selvaraj For Respondents : Mr.P.Ganesan Government Advocate

ORDER

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to regularize the service of petitioner with effect from 07.05.2010 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

3. Though the petitioner had sought for regularization of service, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would be satisfied if the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022 is considered within a stipulated time.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022, if not already disposed of, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
