This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(c) on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22592 of 2023 dated 03.10.2023 in Crime No.260 of 2023 on the file of the Chidambaram Town Police Station, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, final report is filed, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week apart from Court hearing dates till the victim side is examined and cross-examined and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
