2.C.M.P.No.25047 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 2990 days in filing the petition to implead to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Thangammal.

3.C.M.P.No.25064 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 7, legal representatives of the deceased first respondent as the respondents 3 to 7 in the civil miscellaneous appeal.
