This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct respondents 1 to 8 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2024 and to take action against respondents 9 and 10 to safeguard the property comprising in Survey No.50/1B2 measuring acre 0.55 cents, Survey No.50/2 measuring acre 0.48 cents and Survey No.50/1A measuring acre 0.03 cents, totalling 0.99 cents situated at Thammampatti Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District.
2. It is seen from the records that, there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, which is purely civil in nature. Pg.Nos.3/6
Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition as it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
