This petition has been filed to issue direction to the 1st respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.173 of 2019 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file of the 3rd respondent herein.

2. The first petition in Crl.O.P.No.16848 of 2019 seeking for the same prayer came to be disposed of by this Court on 22.07.2019 and as such, the second petition, seeking for the same prayer is not maintainable, since the ground raised by the petitioner in this petition will not amount to a change in circumstances.
