This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14818 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18816 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required.
