According to the petitioners 2 to 4 in C.M.P.No. 26644 of 2019, the first petitioner/first respondent, Dr. U.T. Manisundar died on 29.06.2019, leaving behind the petitioners 2 to 4 as his legal heirs. Hence, the petitioners 2 to 4 have filed the present petition to implead themselves as proposed respondents 3 to 5 in the present writ appeal.

2. There is no objection on behalf of the respondents for allowing the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ appeal.

5. List the writ appeal on 26.04.2023.
