ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondents to publish result of interview held on 24.02.2017 for the post of Noon Meal Organiser and issue appoint order to petitioner to the said post in the Vathitapuram Middle School, Titagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District in the light of G.O.No.163 dated 18.08.2010 issued by Social Welfare and Noon Meal Scheme Department.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has already been appointed as a Nutritious Meal Organiser based on G.O.No.163 dated 18.08.2010 issued by the Social Welfare and Noon Meal Scheme Department and she is working at Vathitapuram Middle School, Titagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District. Thereby, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 2 / 4

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
