(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to produce the body or in person of the petitioner's daughter Jayalakshmi, aged about 22 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue, namely, Jayalakshmi has been produced before this Court by the Police. The parents of the detenue are also present. When enquired, the detenue has stated that her age is 22 years and she has married the 3rd respondent by name Santhosh, who has also accompanied the detenue. The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the 3rd respondent, who is stated to be elder to her and major.

3. It is seen that as on date, the detenue and the 3rd respondent are major and the detenue also expressed her willingness to go with the 3rd respondent. Hence, the detenue is set at liberty and is permitted to go with the 3rd respondent.

4. Finding that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of 2/4
