This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed in C.P.No.40 of 2021 dated 04.07.2023 on the file of the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition is filed challenging the order passed in C.P.No.40 of 2021. The main I.D.No.155 of 2017 itself is under challenge through W.P.No.25479 of 2022. Therefore the computed amount cannot be disbursed.

3.There is no representation for the respondent. 4.Since the main I.D.No.155 of 2017 is under challenge through W.P.No.25479 of 2022, now the Labour Court also computed the amount, it is appropriate to close this writ petition by observing that the order passed in C.P.No.40 of 2021 can be executed subject to the result of W.P.No.25479 of 2022.
