Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents jointly or severally herein, to pay the compensation for a sum of Rs.20,00,000.00/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) for the Loss of Right Eye Sight at his adolescent age, loss of education, for disfiguration, pain and sufferings of petitioner family, Medical Expenditures for treatment and transportation charges to the petitioner's Son here-in, a School Student of 5th respondent along with an interest of 24% per annum from the date of incident to till realization.
