2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that the cost has been paid in compliance with the order passed by this Court dated 10.04.2024. He has also filed a cost memo dated 12.04.2024 to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the cost memo dated 14.04.2024 is recorded and the above petition is ordered, thereby the delay of 481 days in filing the above Appeal in AS.SR.No.140126 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
