(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, from running TASMAC Shop Nos.8409 and 8410, at Mayar Road & Ooty - Mysore Main Road, Masinakudi, The Nilgiris District.

2. Mr.E.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent, namely, the District Collector, Nilgiris District at Ooty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On oral instructions, Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the District Manager, TASMAC, the Nilgiris District/second respondent herein, submitted that Shop Nos.8409 and 8410 at Mayar Road and Ooty - Mysore Main Road, Masinakudi, The Nilgiris District, have been shifted and re-located to some other place.

4. Submission of Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the District Manager, TASMAC, the Nilgiris District/second respondent herein, is placed on record.

5. In view of the above, there is no need to issue a writ of Mandamus, as sought for. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
