Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the State has filed writ appeal in Sr.No.74860 of 2023 before the Hon'ble First Bench, in which, the Hon'ble First Bench has granted an order of status quo in CMP.No.12214 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023.
