When the above Civil Revision Petition earlier listed before this Court on 13.02.2020 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, with a view to afford an opportunity to the petitioner, this matter was ordered to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

Today, when this matter taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
