The above Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.88 of 2023 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Ambur to the Subordinate Court at Gudiyatham, Vellore District.

2. Reasons for seeking the transfer are as follows:- (i) The petitioner had been driven out of the matrimonial home. (ii) The petitioner, is residing at her parents' home at Vinayagar Street, Jai Indranagar, Gudiyatham, Vellore.

3. The respondent has not seriously objected to the transfer.

4. Heard the counsels on either side.

5. Considering the fact that the respondent would also not be troubled as the matter is now been transferred to the file of the Sub Court where the presence is not required for every hearing, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and HMOP.No.88 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ambur, Thirupattur District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Gudiyatham, Vellore District.
