This petition is filed by the petitioners /appellants to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 08.02.2022 in W.P. No. 277 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners /appellants. Despite the service of notice and the name of the respondent having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
