Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing all the respondents to strictly implement the order issued under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. - No.1703/DRDM/ DM/D2/ 2022/9977/5899 dated 27.09.2022 passed by the first respondent and file a status report by the 1st, 4th and 6th respondents before this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to strictly implement the order issued under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. - No.1703/DRDM/ DM/D2/ 2022/9977/5899 dated 27.09.2022 passed by the first respondent and file a status report by the 1st, 4th and 6th respondents before this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
