O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of F.I.R in Crime No.214 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a reading of F.I.R, it is found that there are prima facie allegations made out as against the petitioner. Further, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that investigation has been completed and charge sheet will be filed before the Special Court.

4. In view of same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take all his defence before the concerned Special Court.
