This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order and decretal order passed in E.A.No.4533 of 2016 in E.P.No.1090 of 1991 in O.S.No.2242 of 1982 on the file of X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition itself has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
