Crl.O.P.No.25481 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.25481 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.

The petitioner is A2 in S.C.No.25 of 2023, now pending before the Mahila Court, Tiruppur. I am informed that the case is at the state of cross-examination of Investigating Officer.

2.It is stated that as against the petitioner, a Non-bailable warrant had been issued on 23.06.2022 and it was executed only after six months on 16.12.2022.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that A1 and A3 had been granted bail. The petitioner had also been granted earlier but for reasons best known to him, he had jumped bail. Now the trial is at a crucial stage. Therefore, a direction is given to the Mahila Court, Tiruppur, to complete the trial on or before 31.01.2024. 4.With these above observations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
