This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 5.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22852 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and he is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the petitioner is a senior citizen, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
