This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her husband Venkadesh son of Palaniappan. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Arumugam, FIR in Crime No.455 of 2022 under Section 363 and 366 I.P.C. registered against one Chinnrasu. Petitioner is sister-in-law of the accused Chinnrasu.

3.In such circumstances, second respondent is directed not to unnecessarily visit the petitioner's house. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
