They have contended that they are no longer interested in prosecuting this writ petition. They have also contended that they have joined another Association namely, AIBOC (All India Bank Officers Confederation). Since the petitioners in these writ miscellaneous petitions are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition, the prayer sought for in these writ miscellaneous petitions will have to be necessarily allowed. No prejudice would be caused to any other parties if these miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.

2. Accordingly, W.M.P.Nos.32397, 32401 to 32419 of 2022, 32421, 32422, 32423 of 2022, 16780, 477, 4042, 16439, 16441, 16443, 16451, 16454 of 2023, 16475 to 16478 of 2023, 16480, 16481, 17239, 17240, 17241 & 17242 of 2023 are allowed as prayed for and the respective

petitioners are deleted as members of the All India Union Bank Officers Staff Association.

This Court has not decided these miscellaneous petitions based on the merits of the main dispute but has passed the orders only based on the request made by the respective petitioners for deletion of their names as members of All India Union Bank Officers Staff Association. 16.06.2023 AT
