2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that both the writ petitions have been filed challenging the summons issued by the respondents/ Directorate of Enforcement. Subsequently, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance by the Principal Sessions Judge, Special Court for PMLA Cases, Chennai. which was challenged by the petitioners. Now, the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, both the writ petitions are closed as no further adjudication is required in these matters . No costs.
