This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his property bearing Plot Nos.388 and 389, of the extent of 4230 Sq.ft., Vidhuthalai Nagar, S.Kolathur, Chennai, comprised in S.No.386/11B and S.No.385/2B in Patta No.4071 by considering the representation dated 23.10.2019 made by the petitioner.
