This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19488 of 2023 by an order dated 31.08.2023 and directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
