PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner representation dated 22.10.2019 for provide police protection to the petitioner, his property (700 sq.ft) at No.107, 2nd Street, K.V.K.Kuppam, Ennore, Chennai - 600 057 and consequentially direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 19 for miscommunicating the petitioner, his family from the K.V.K.Kuppam, Ennore, Chennai. O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2019 and to provide police protection to the petitioner, his property (700 sq.ft) at No.107, 2nd Street, K.V.K.Kuppam, Ennore, Chennai - 600 057 and consequentially to direct respondents 1 to 4 to take action against respondents 5 to 19, for mis-communicating the petitioner, his family from K.V.K.Kuppam, Ennore, Chennai.
2. Without going to the merits of the case, considering the facts and other attendant circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 22.10.2019 after issuing notice to respondents 5 to 19 and after giving full opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
