It is reported that the first respondent in the second appeal died.

2. CMP.Nos.25967, 25969 and 25971 of 2023 have been filed to condone the delay of 109 days in setting aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, and to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 9 as the legal representative of the first respondent.

3. This Court by order dated 22.01.2024, ordered notice to the respondents 4 and 9 returnable by 15.02.2024. Private notice is also permitted.

4. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel has entered appearance for the proposed respondents and he has no serious objection in allowing these miscellaneous petitions.

5. Perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and satisfied with the reasons stated therein, These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned.
