ORDER

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. On receipt of the application, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur is directed to dispose of the petition on merits in accordance with law.
