Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to implement the order passed by the Special Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Chennai 600 006 in A.P.No.320/2013 dated 10.05.2016 by reinstating the Petitioner in service with continuity of service and all other attendant benefits and by paying back wages from the date of dismissal from service to up to date within a time frame.

Heard Mr. K.M.Ramesh, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.Saravanakumar, Learned Counsel for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to implement the order dated 10.05.2016 in A.P. No. 320 of 2013 whereby the approval for termination of the Petitioner was rejected by the Special Deputy Commissioner of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Labour, Chennai (hereinafter referred to as 'the Authority' for short). The said order, which had been challenged by the Second Respondent in W.P. No. 18738 of 2017, has been set aside by this Court and the matter has been remitted to the concerned authority in a separate order dated 17.02.2022 and its outcome would govern the rights of the respective parties. As such, the relief sought by the Petitioner does not remain for consideration.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
