The petitioner/A1 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 393 and 397 of IPC in S.C.No.186 of 2008 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner seek anticipatory bail in S.C.No.186 of 2008 pending before the IV Additional District and Sessions Court at Ponneri in Tiruvallur District. The charges which have been framed are under Section 393 and 397 IPC.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was not at all aware of the proceedings, but Non-Bailable Warrant had been issued against the petitioner and the said Non-Bailable Warrant is still pending. 4.In view of the above, anticipatory bail petition will not lie. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner should abide by the conditions of the trial Court. 02.11.2023 smv C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
