At the time the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.T.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the first appeal filed in A.S.No.25 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Salem, was dismissed on 12.09.2018. He would submit that as against the decree, he has filed second appeal in S.A.No.273 of 2020. 2.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to agitate the correctness of the issue in I.A.No.77 of 2016 in A.S.No.25 of 2010 dated 05.07.2017 in terms of sub-section (2) of Section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure, this civil revision petition stands dismissed.
