This application has been filed to to amend the reply statement filed by the applicants/plaintiffs as stated in the Judges Summons.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that there is a typographical error crept in the reply statement and the same has to be amended.

3. Considering the fact that the amendment is sought to set right the typographical error and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing the application, this application is Ordered. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
