O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Third Respondent had died after the filing of the Writ Petition and details of his legal heirs could not be ascertained. He has also filed a memo dated 14.02.2022 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record. 2.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated and it is clarified that the Petitioner shall not be precluded from applying for its revival in the manner recognized by law if any person stepping into the shoes of the Third Respondent seeks to implement the order challenged in this Writ Petition. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
