This Petition has been filed by the 1st Respondent to fix a day for final argument in the Appeal Suit.

2.The Suit is of the year 2014 for partition. The same was partly decreed on 10.04.2017. Against which the Defendant preferred A.S.No.154 of 2023. 3.The Petitioner herein is the widow and this Petition is filed for fixing an early date for final hearing.
