Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 03.10.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.26674 of 2019, the petitioner is complying with the condition by appearing before the respondent/ police, regularly for the past more than one month. Hence, he has filed the present Miscellaneous Petition to relax the said condition.
2. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to report before the respondent police, as and when required.
