JUDGMENT
( Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have perused the records and the judgment of the year 1999, which is under challenge. The judgment relates to a claim https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of freedom fighter pension that was disposed of on 08.01.1999 with a direction that in view of the ratio of the judgment referred to therein, the appellant were to pass appropriate orders within twelve weeks of the date of the judgment.
2. It is quite possible that the direction must have been complied with by now with the passage of almost twenty years. No case therefore is made out for keeping this appeal pending after a lapse of twenty years, which is accordingly, consigned to records. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
