JUDGMENT

( delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The Writ Appeal arises out of an interim order passed in in W.P.M.P No.13806 of 2003 in W.P.No.10988 of 2003 dated 21.06.2004.

2. It is informed by learned counsel for the appellant that the main writ petition itself has been disposed of finally and therefore, the writ appeal has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous. No costs.
