This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 371 days in filing the restoration petition against the dismissal of Crl.A.No.804 of 2013 for non prosecution vide judgment and order dated 04.10.2018.

2.Heard Mr.C.Mohanraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent State.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned.
