ORDER

Heard Mr.K.T.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the respondents to give necessary permission for installation of water pipeline. The petitioner has made a similar request in his representation dated 06.09.2023 and Mr.Vadivelu, would state that the representation of the petitioner is under active consideration.

3. Hence let notice be issued to the petitioner, petitioner heard and orders be passed on the representation dated 06.09.2023 within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of this order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
