For Petitioner : Mr.R.Gururaj For Respondents : Mr.D.Ravichander
O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decretal order of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge of Villupuram passed on 25.07.2017 in E.A.No.6 of 2013 in E.P.No.45 of 2009 in 1/4
O.S.No.103 of 2008.
2.Today, no representation for the petitioner. The matter was repeatedly adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner died and sought time to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner. On this ground adjournments on three occasions were granted. Yet now, no petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner.
3.Therefore, it shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner have no interest to proceed the matter further. Hence this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
