ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.353 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent for the offences under Sections 406, 426, 379 of IPC r/w Section 25 of the Indian Telegraph Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioners are only the witnesses of the lease agreement and there is no prima facie material to prosecute against them.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.353 of 2022, on the file of the 1st respondent, against the petitioners. 2\4
