(Order of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 161 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.V.Vijayashankar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections in condoning the delay, the delay of 161 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
