When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has participated in the transfer counselling and transferred to Erode. Hence the learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement to withdraw the writ petition as the cause become infructuous.
