Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of quo warranto, against the respondents 3 to 5 requiring them to show on what authority they are holding the office of State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners respectively and consequently declare their appointments contrary to the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005; thus resulting in their office falling vacant.
