This petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against all the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10855 of 2022 dated 27.04.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.
3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5/212/2020 dated -02.2024 and submitted that eligible amount of Rs.5,57,907/-, as per M.Book (Measure book) was fixed and after deductions, a sum of Rs.5,17,793/- was paid to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10855 of 2022 is complied with and nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 26.04.2024 Speaking order : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No ssd To
