O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioners as well as the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves. They also produced their identity proofs before this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent and the second respondent appears in-person.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending proceedings in Crime No.491 of 2019 dated 30.09.2019 on the file of 1st respondent, the second respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioners have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 25.11.2019 stating that he has no objection if the proceedings in Crime No.491 of 2019 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the file of the 1st respondent is quashed.

4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by him dated 25.11.2019, the entire proceedings in Crime No.491 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
