Application No.6377 of 2023 in O.P.No.487 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking permission to the applicant's Power of Attorney -Mr.V.Subareesan to execute Security Bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Court and to obtain the Certificate of Letters of Administration in favour of the applicant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The Original Petition for the grant of letters of administration was filed and pursued by the Power of Attorney representing the applicant Dr.Sujatha Sriram. The respondents will not have any objection if the request made by the applicant to permit her Power of Attorney to execute the Bond as directed by this court as any act done by the power of attorney shall have the same effect, in law, as if it had been done by the principal in his own name, signature and seal.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner being the Power of Attorney and conducted the proceedings for the grant of letters of administration throughout, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., kmk Mr.V.Sabareesan, representing the applicant as Power of Attorney is directed to execute the bond as directed by this court by order dated 01.08.2023 in O.P.No.487 of 2022 instead of the applicant. Time granted by this court to execute security bond is extended till 11.01.2024 and all other conditions imposed by this court shall remain unaltered. This application is ordered accordingly.
