This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20850 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court every Monday at 10.00 a.m., before the XXII Additional Sessions Judge, Allikulam, Chennai and on all hearing dates.
